Sam is the best. I've worked with him twice now. Most recently, I reached out to him with a property I was interested in on a Friday afternoon, at this point we hadn't been in touch and he didn't know I was in the market. He responded and setup a time to see the house on Monday. By Tuesday we had submitted an offer. Offer was accepted and my wife and I got the house we're likely going to live in for the next 30 years. Couldn't have had a better experience with an agent.
