I have known Sally for, about 20 years, Andover that time she has assisted me in buying and selling numerous properties. Each deal was as important to her, as it was to me. She took the time and effort on a $75,000. purchase as if it was a million dollar purchase. She takes the time to really read a contract, I have had other realtors blow by that. Knows the market and works hard. Answers the phone !!! Returns calls promptly. The home was an expensive weekly rental which had been extensively repaired/remodeled. I keep in close contact with the buyers, weekly, because I help them with maintenance and cleaning staff. I still have rental property next door. Sally made it all happen.
