READ THIS: I requested that my realtor, Miss Sally, send me a link so that I could write a recommendation for her. You dont know me if youre reading this, but I'm not a big fan of letting anybody ever sell my house or my properties. However, in this case I had tried for six months, and I had let another realtor try, and, we just wanted to go ahead and get rid of the property. So, I engaged Sally because I had heard really good things about her. Sally took hold of our project with a passion. I have never seen in a realtor. She had marketing pieces, emails, you name it. She was ALL over it and wanted to make sure she did everything she could to get our place sold. As a result, it didnt feel like she had it for 15 minutes and it sold. She was incredibly gracious, incredibly knowledgeable, and is one of the best realtors in the City Of Tulsa in my opinion. As someone who buys and sells a lot of houses and properties, I do not take saying that lightly. I have sold almost every house. Ive owned myself for decades. So for me to use a realtor to do that aEUR" aEUR" I'm just telling you I wouldnt use anybody else, but Sally. I dont like to give negative reviews unless people need to know they REALLY shouldnt use someone. I steer clear of medium reviews because I dont want to be offensive to people, because I wont lie about if they were good or not. However, when you come across someone like Sally, you ask her to send you the links so that you can give her a review. I dont know why you would use anyone else. I have bought and sold houses from Tulsa to Grand Lake to the Keys in Florida and hands down. Sally is one of the best Ive seen. Sold 3 properties myself in the last 2 years. If youre just thinking about selling, I guess you can put it with anybody else. Sally is the realtor to use for properties in Stonebrooke subdivision on the east side of the Tulsa Hills. She knows the neighborhood inside out, and is able to point out the good and bad about each property in it, and adjust the marketing to bring up the good. She knows what the competition is, and how the other houses currently for sale compare to yours. She was on top of each step from the getting the house ready to be listed, negotiating the price, and completing the requested repairs. She was able to refer reliable contractors to us, whose prices were more reasonable than the ones we had picked out from internet. We highly recommend Sally to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property at Stonebrooke subdivision or anywhere else.
