She communicated with us 24/7 and was always available to contact. Setting up showings was a piece of cake. She has contacts for everything an inspector may suggest. She has a great rapport with other realtors in the area. But overall what we liked the most was that she let us make decisions on our own-- never pushy or judgmental, just REAL!
