Working with Justin was the best decision, as first time homebuyers, for my family and I. He was quick to set up tours of multiple houses during our first time looking at homes and organized it in a way that we werent driving back and forth so much. What was really beneficial during this process was he was already familiar with the area we were looking into and was very familiar with the neighborhoods and schools, which was one of many important factors for us. From the very first home we looked at, Justin pointed out key factors in every corner of the home that would essentially affect our decision in choosing the right home for us. He pointed out parts of the home we didnt know we needed to keep an eye out for, from the conditions of the home to any potential deficits that we may want to avoid. We learned so much from Justin just on that first day of meeting him. This is truly important for first time homebuyers, and we greatly appreciated that. Justin is extremely knowledgeable, quickly responsive to every question we had and was always transparent with us throughout the entire buying process. We felt comfortable with him and knew we could trust him with one of the biggest decision of our lives.
