Sahand was assigned to me by Zillow when I requested to tour a house Id been eyeballing. I thought I would just be meeting with the selling agent, I did not know theyd be setting me up with my own realtor, but I'm so glad they did and that it was Sahand! He was AMAZING!!! He is quick to respond at any time of day/night, he educated me (first time home buyer), and more importantly, he advocated for me. There were things I didnt want to bother people about or questions I was nervous to ask- he took care of it without hesitation. Things during the walk through that I needed to remember/know- he took note and sent pictures along the way to help me remember. He was available for every single visit to the property working around my tight schedule, he negotiated the coverage of my closing costs and more, I mean I really couldnt ask for better.
