Tate is incredible. This is our second selling experience with him, and just like the first, he made this daunting process a wonderful experience. Ryan is a really great Realtor and was a God send for me. I have had fair to bad experiences in the past with others. I told him from the start I wanted someone that was looking out for me, as the seller, and be supportive. Ryan was and took care of everything and anything that needed to be done to or with the house. He found people who provided quality work/services but also at a good price. He was able to even arrange for somethings to be paid at the closing. I was in another state, but I did not have to worry as he managed everything. Communication was great, and I could always reach him or get a text or call back within minutes if I sent a text or left a message.
