I would not recommend Ryan or his ex wife/ partner at all. My house was for sale due to a divorce. The judge also was the one who picked them. Turned out they were friends with my ex husbands lawyer. Which I did not find out until they testified in court basically against me.I told them in advance of my situation. I told them I felt unsafe being near my ex husband. They assured me it would be fine and they would work with us separately. When in court they told the judge they didnt know my ex wasnt going to be in the house at the same time as me. Even though I had texts to confirm. They also told me my house was worth 65,000 less than what 2 other realtors told me. Then told the judge basically that by my ex husband fix steps it made it worth 65,000 more. My house first buyers fell through after a month and a half after signing a contract. Almost costing me the purchase of my new home. Then he tried to force me into taking a deal that wasnt right at all. When I tried telling him that I wasnt happy with what they were offering he told me I wasnt going to piss the buyer off and I would probably lose the deal. Thank god I didnt listen to him. Through the whole process I felt like he was only working for my ex husband not me.
