Having never bought or sold a home before, he took time to explain everything I needed to know and answered all of my many questions patiently. He was always quick to help and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. During the buying process, Ryan patiently walked me through dozens of homes, had done his research on them before we saw them and could intelligently answer questions, and was personally invested in helping me find the best home for me. He was not pushy at all. I was incredibly pleased with my purchase. During the selling process, Ryan essentially did all the work to prep the home, looked at comparables, made recommendations on what and what not to do to help the home sell quickly, and got me 10 offers (with several up to $40k higher than asking price) within 4 days.
