Ryan C. Rayburn is a multifamily specialist in the Long Beach office. As a Senior Associate with the firm he works with and has expertise in Southern California apartments, with a focus in the South Bay area. Ryan has in-depth experience in the brokerage continuum including research, underwriting, marketing, negotiations and coordinating transaction closings. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Ryan is responsible for providing clients with up-to-date market knowledge and keeping them informed of the latest market trends. Ryan graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Speech and Communications from California State University of Long beach and holds a real estate license in California. Ryan is a member of the National Multi Housing Group, serves as Board President for Leadership Long Beach, and a is a member of Long Beach State Athletic Council.
