Ryan was extremely helpful helping us look For a home in Liverpool NY, and making sure we were qualified, and helping us negotiate an offer. He was up front about his approach, and set very realistic expectations for the home buying process. He went above and beyond in setting up inspections, meetings with a mortgage broker he recommended, and a closing attorney, and was there every step of the way. Ryan really took the time to walk us through the process of buying a home step by step, and if we didnt understand something, he took the time to explain it in detail to help us understand.
