In fact, I think he may have helped us NOT get into a townhouse or two that could have been very disappointing. To make a purchase of a property is a big investment for most people, that's why to find a property that qualifies for a list of must & must-not have's is never an easy task. It deserves a great deal of time, efforts, and patience.That being said, a good agent, however, can make this process a whole lot better - by saying a good agent, I meant the one who's always proactive to help you find your goal (there's a learning curve for the buyer to get a true sense of the market and figure out realistic targets), the one always keeps an eye on the market and gives you the best & latest tips in a timely fashion, the one always answers your inquiries and provides valuable information, the one always respects your decisions and never makes you feel the pressure to push forward - and the one demonstrates professionalism and can help you close a deal with satisfaction. We are very happy to have such an agent like Ryan to help us to purchase the current house - the whole experience is great and full of pleasure.First of all, no matter how early or how late of the day, text message could always get a reply. Whenever there's a new property on the market, Ryan always tried his best to schedule the earliest possible date/time that matches our availability. When touring around the new property, he listened to our comments and cared about what we do like and what we don't - and he was adjusting his search accordingly the next time. Quite a few times, Ryan informed us of some new property that was very close to what we are looking for. Sometimes when making an offer (s.a. in the best & final run with other competing buyers), Ryan gave us candid estimate of how much the winner bid would look like, and his estimate turned out to be pretty close - even if our offer amount is not promising to win the bid, he showed a great support of our decision, at the same time, he tried the best to make our offer more attempting by suggesting other options we are comfortable with. As he told us very clearly that he wanted to ensure we won't make purchase of a property that we have any doubt about or at a price that we don't feel like.There are lots of examples I just can't iterate through one by one, but many small little things adds up to our summary: Ryan did a great job and he deserves a five star from us!

Ryan has been an awesome buyer agent to work with in such tough times(COVID 19!) where it is difficult to coordinate all the activities with most of the partners telecommuting.
