Not all agents are created equal! I understand as a buyer or seller you have many options to chose from. That is why my mission is to stand out from the competition and go above and beyond for every client that hires me. This means giving accurate home evaluations and not wasting a clients time over valuing a property just to get the listing. It also includes giving feedback, both good and bad on how to generate the most amount of money from your sale. Lastly, I consider Positivity, Perseverance and Patience to be the most important attributes a real estate agent can possess to be effective for their clients. I base my approach on these three things and in doing so I truly believe nothing can stop us from getting the home of your dreams or selling your home for what it's worth and not settling for less. My name is Ryan Palianto and I've lived in the East Hanover area for 25 years. I began my career as a top sales consultant for ADP after graduating from Montclair State University. At age 27 I bought my first 2 family home without a real estate background, negotiating an incredible purchase price and an unadvertised mortgage of 2.25% for 30 years with No PMI and 5% down!
