I hired Ryan, telling him I was not satisfied with my last Realator because I wasn't getting feedback when it was showed. I was assured that would not be the case with him. I never got one feedback from any of the showings while I was with ryan. Not one. And it was shown quite a few times. When I texted for advice ( forget calling, not a chance he would answer), his stock reply was " let me get to the office and I'll get back to you " Not once did he "get back with me". By the fourth month, other realators were calling me directly to set up show times. On a scale of one to ten, I grade him a zero.

Ryan was amazing! Not only did he help me get my first home but a home that I really love. He also helped me with any questions or concerns I had along the way. He really knows his stuff and will give you complete honesty. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know. Even after closing he continued to help me. I couldn't figure out why my water wasn't coming on and he without hesitation came over and made sure it was on correctly. I got an amazing deal with his help that I could have NEVER done without him.
