Ryan Mitchell was our realtor in the service of purchasing a home in May 2020. My partner and I were not the easiest clients to satisfy -- we had particular wants and needs and spent over a year finding our perfect home. Though that time, Ryan never wavered in his professional service to us. We were in constant contact throughout. From the notification of new listings on the market to the negotiation of the purchase, the availability and responsiveness of Ryan were consistent and predictable always. We had an offer accepted on a home early in our search and ran into some unexpected issues with the inspection. Ryan did not advise us in his own best interest but in ours. Rather than trying to hastily push through a sale that we might ultimately be unhappy with, Ryan provided his expertise on the issues the home had and provided real insight into the potential pitfalls and associated costs involved. We will be forever grateful for Ryan's honest counsel in this situation.In addition to the standard level of service you would hope to expect from a realtor, Ryan goes above and beyond in many intangible ways. This is something my partner and I started calling "The Ryan Mitchell Experience" #RME. On the way to meet at an early morning showing Ryan casually asked if we wanted coffee. Thinking it was a joke, we said yes, but when we got to the house, two coffees were waiting on the counter for us! When we bought our house, the previous owners would not remove the playground. Ryan found two takers for it himself and gave us one less stress during a time where there is so much to worry about.
