The best decision I made about selling my house was to pick The McGurl Team at Sothebys Prominent Properties. The entire team did a wonderful job, but in particular my Listing Agent, Kacey Carrig. You dont need to have a multi-million or even half million property. They will give more modest properties the same care and hard work as much more expensive homes. Everyone selling or buying a home will run into often unexpected and unpleasant problems. Kacey and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to resolve each hurtle with the best possible resolution. They took the time to explain each part of the process, kept me informed, and they were a pleasure to work with. I was very satisfied with the price I got for my house, and I am sure they will do the same when they represent buyers, helping them find the right home for the right price. I can say without any reservation they earned my five-star endorsement.
