Mariam helped us 11 years ago find our starter home so she was the first person we thought of to help us find our next home. Mariam was knowledgeable, transparent, responsive and really had our best interests. She wasn't afraid to say if she felt a house wasn't what we wanted and she was right. She negotiated on our behalf and got the house we wanted at a fair price. We then had the challenge of selling our house within 30 days and she took on a massive amount of work for that. The Lowe team is like none other. From Mariam's suggestions with getting our house ready to the photographer, to the admin team with marketing - they got it done! We listed on a Tuesday, had 8 showings Wednesday - Friday and then 3 offers on Saturday. The accepted offer was $22k over asking. Mariam's work didn't stop there - she worked tirelessly on getting everything coordinated and scheduled for the house we were buying and the house we were selling.
