We were referred to Ryan via the Zillow system when looking at a house we were buying remotely. Obviously buying in a hot market where the house would be purchased sight unseen (except for photos) was very unnerving. Ryan and his team were fantastic. Every time I reached out to him I received a response almost immediately, if not within 24 hours. He took extensive pics and went through the house to make sure the seller met their repair obligations. He guided us through the process and answered, or researched the answer, for everything we asked. My wife and I would often talk about how it seemed we were his only client.
