I cant possibly recommend Ryan Katzman enough. He asked all the right questions and then took over and absolutely blew our expectations out of the water! We ended up with $10K more than listing and it was all because of Ryan. He even tried to help when our subsequent purchase in Florida got complicated and he had no vested interest in that! 6-stars!!!
