We had the pleasure of working with Nick to sell our home and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for a realtor. Nick was knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. It was our first time selling a home and we were nervous about all that it may involve. From the moment we decided we would be listing it, Nick made time for us - from walking us through the process to helping us work out what we should do to get the house market ready. And he stuck with us every step of the way. He stopped by when we wanted input on cleaning up the property, he kept an eye on the changing market in our area by sharing new comps as they came in, he got the most beautiful photos of our property for our listing, and after we listed he kept a perfect balance of keeping us up-to-date with all the important stuff while not worrying us with too many details. Whenever Nick shared updates with us, we had a very clear sense of exactly how hard he was working behind the scenes. Buying and selling a home can be so stressful but Nick was always prompt in answering our questions and eased our anxieties with practicality and optimism. He made our decisions feel easy and obvious, and he's set the bar incredibly high for us with any future real estate sales/purchases because this sale went as smoothly as possible. He was also essential in helping us get required repairs completed without causing any delays to the process and I honestly have no idea how we would've accomplished that without him. We were pleasantly surprised when he met us at our signing appointment, something even the title company emphasized showed how much he cared. I'll always remember Nick's call to celebrate that we had closed, and hope we have the opportunity to have more celebratory calls with him the future!
