Ask them questions about their experience and how long they've been in the business—you want someone who has been around for awhile and has seen everything before. When looking at properties, ask yourself: "Would I live here?" If not, keep looking until you find something that feels right. Asking yourself this question is the best way to find your dream home

My advice to a seller trying to sell their home is to make sure that they're ready for the process. Be sure that you've done your research on the real estate market in your area and have an idea of what you need to do to get your home ready for sale. You also want to make sure you're going into this with realistic expectations. The more time, effort, and money you put into prepping your home for sale, the better it will be received by potential buyers. But if you spend too much time or money making cosmetic changes when those are not what's really holding up the sale of your property, then you could end up wasting precious resources that would have been better spent elsewhere.
