As a Realtor, early law school graduate, owner of businesses, real estate investor, and landlord, I know what it takes to make a deal happen. With my experience and background in doctorate level contracts, property, and real estate courses, real estate brokers and clients alike regularly seek my advice. My years of experience with real estate law and commercial litigation ensure that I can foresee, understand, and help remedy (alongside my real estate attorney partner with 30 years' experience) all sorts of real estate and related issues which arise regularly. A normal agent lacks these skills and is not licensed to fix problems when they arise. Practicing as a real estate agent is in fact the limited practice of law, and almost half of the states in the U.S. require a real estate attorney to be involved in every real estate transaction. While it is legal in Utah to not have a lawyer involved in likely the biggest transaction of your life, a lawyer definitely helps. As far as my education, I am a native of Cedar City, Utah, where I graduated from Canyon View High School with a 4.00 GPA as the salutatorian. I later graduated with a 4.00 GPA from Southern Utah University, before graduating with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Utah, studying philosophy and economics. I was one of 3 other known students to graduate early from the University of Utah Law School, and did so with honors. I graduated early from each level of my higher education, all while continuously working at a combined 6 law firms and pursuing real estate. With my team, you're getting a mind and training very rarely seen in real estate. That said, my commitment to people is my number one priority, and I have a reputation for treating everyone with kindness and respect. I'm fluent in Portuguese and maintain a basic use of Spanish.
