Ryan is an excellent agent! We started looking to purchase in Ocean City MD and were having problems finding an agent to respond to us. We sent an inquiry about a house and immediately heard back from Ryan. From that day forward, Ryan was with us every step of the way. He spent hours answering our questions about the area, spent so much time showing us properties and even arranged for a contractor to come give a quote on a property we liked! We felt like we were his only clients though we know he operates a busy firm. He knows so much about the area and really helped us navigate to the place we found! He is responsive, informed and just an all around great person to work with. We were nervous wrecks heading towards settlement and he was patient and helped get us to the finish line. He is our OC MD agent for life!!!
