We have to admit this home sale experience with Ryan Gaertner was one of the easiest, most successful, and absolutely delightful home sales ever. We have to give all the credit to Ryan. He is very knowledgeable about real estate in the desert and in fact he proved it. The first couple who he brought to view our home gave us a solid all- cash offer and a 15-day close of escrow. It was a whirlwind sale and it was Ryan who put it all together and made it happen. Ryan has a talent for finding buyers and finding homes that suit a buyers preference.
