Ryan literally got me everything I wanted in my negations and then some. Very knowledgeable and didnt try to pressure me into any home I didnt want and or ask to see. On top of that, I let my emotion get the better of me and almost put a very high offer on a home that didnt suit my needs, gave his advice and ultimately went a literal perfect home and was about 65k cheaper!! If you need an agent you go to Ryan for the best plain and simple. I'm a veteran who was hurt while serving, so I'm very distrusting of people, Ryan never gave me bad vibes from the second we spoke.
