About Our Broker of Record Ryan Evanson is first and foremost a husband to his beautiful wife, Crissy, father to four amazing kiddos (James, Laci, Hailey, and Matthew), a family man and friend. Beyond that, he is a life-long entrepreneur, sports enthusiast, and novice guitarist. He is our Broker of Record, partner, licensed mortgage originator, and our secret weapon! His very serious passion for helping people combined with his extensive industry experience and thorough understanding of the industry as a whole hugely benefits each and every team member on a daily basis. The service he provides to both his clients and the team is second to none. Professional Background: Ryan's career in Real Estate began over 15 years ago as a Loan Officer in Walnut Creek. He then built his own company from the ground up which employed 20 salaried Loan Officers and a three-person processing team. It was there where a passion for Real Estate and helping people developed. That passion only intensified over his career and now extends to not only helping clients but also building relationships with other industry leaders to help shape the way Real Estate business is conducted in the future. Committed to training, education and elevated levels of professionalism, he has earned a California Broker's License, an NMLS License Endorsement and multiple designations of specialized training. Role at E3: Broker of Record, REALTOR(R), Loan Officer, President of Operations. Future Goals: To help as many friends, family and members of the team become independently wealthy through Real Estate. Let's all retire early and live on the beach.
