In January 2022, he listed our house in Lawrence, took outstanding photos, hosted a busy open-house, and communicated with us regularly during three solid days of showings (we had moved to a motel). The property was under contract after 3 days, at the price we wanted. He guided us candidly through inspection and appraisal. The title company agent said that when she sees Ryan?s name on a file for closing, she breathes a sigh of relief ? she knows everything will have been done exactly right. My husband and I have used a number of different realtors over the years, and I can tell you that, from start to finish, Ryan?s professionalism was exceptional. But there?s more. Ryan and Katie (his wife and partner) operate their business (R+K) using a cutting-edge model that enables them to charge much lower commission fees, while still giving customers full and complete services. The commissions for our transaction were $9,000 less than they would have been using conventional real estate sales agents. They do this by cutting back overhead and maximizing the use of technology.
