I worked primarily with Jill and signed up with her to see the property and from that day she maintained her loyalty to Robert and I as a client team. She went over and above our expectations with her negotiating skills and especially her communication with the lenders and the seller, getting the lender to expand our pre-approval amount and getting the seller to agree to seller credits at closing. Jill was knowledgeable beyond measure and at all times her expertise, compassion and support came through. She believed in us and we trusted her implicitly.
