About Ryan Custodio

My name is Ryan and I have been a real estate investor since 2000 with rental and land investments. I began developing my customer service skills and the fundamentals to help my clients in the buying and selling process throughout my life experiences. I have run a successful outdoor property management business where my combination of skills has made working with my clients a positive experience. Prior to owning my own business, I worked as a master automotive technician for 15 years. I graduated from Dunwoody Technical Institute with a degree in Automotive Service in 1998 and brought my skills to work in a fast-paced dealership. I worked with clients and service staff to fulfill their various needs. Through the years, I have developed a reputation for my great customer service skills. Consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved in the transaction is important to me. I strive for helping clients satisfy their needs for today and the future. I take pride in communication with my clients and find the importance of developing relationships. I am an honest hard-working family man who does everything I can to work for my client's success. In my free time, I spend time with family and friends and enjoy going up north and going backcountry snowmobiling. I am grateful for an amazing team and look forward to working with new clients every day.
