I highly recommend Ryan Childress. He had our home under contract in 12 days in an off peak market and really nailed the price point. I had another realtor with 30 years experience recommend I price it 20k under what it sold for! They also told me it could take 6 months to sell. I went with Ryan because I felt he would work really hard given the market, which he did. I'm so glad I picked him. He knows his stuff.
