He always made sure that we understood the process, sometimes all of the legal lingo can get confusing. Ryan had a really awesome online program so we didn't have to worry about printing papers and faxing them back since we lived so far away at the time. And that truly was a value to us as two hard-working parents with 4 busy children. Ryan and his wife ended up going on their honeymoon during our closing process. The crazy man even responded to us then as needed and lined up other professionals to talk to if needed. It truly felt like Ryan cared about our family, It never felt like it was just a job to him.
