The things that stick out most about Ryan, as a professional and person are: - His thoroughness: from the start of the process to closing, Ryan was extremely thorough in his approach to his process; from his analysis of the market and specific home values (current and projected), to his final explanation of the offer we wound up accepting, to checking in with us during the home-stretch of the process, Ryan was awesome and hands-on. - His knowledge of the market and his industry: Ryan was born in the area, raised in the area, attended University in the area, and still lives in the area; affording him a depth, breadth, and intimacy when it comes to his understanding of the area that few other realtors in the area could ever possess. Ryans market knowledge on its own, would make him a uniquely valuable person to work with - his clearly deep understanding of his industry/craft, really made us feel like we were in the best hands possible during our experience. - His authenticity and honesty: I never felt like Ryan was trying to sell us on anything, persuade us to do anything we didnt want to do, or hedging when it came to his thoughts on things. Ryan was comfortable and confident enough to professionally inform us of when our expectations/perceptions werent in keeping with the reality of the market, and never pushy when either of us had something we didnt want to budge on something - even if he differed in his thoughts on the particular item. I truly felt like I had an ally in Ryan, who was most interested in my interests, and always direct and honest during our communication. - His communication and accessibility: if we ever needed to get a hold of Ryan - even while he was on vacation - it was never difficult. Ryan also did a great job of checking-in during the closing process, to make sure we were managing all of our responsibilities as sellers in a timely manner (have heard horror stories of deals falling through because one of the parties failed to manage their responsibilities within predetermined deadlines). All in all, I cant speak highly enough of Ryan. If I am ever looking to sell or buy again, hell be the first person I call.
