About Ryan Aimar
While holding my real estate license, I have also had a very successfully career in commercial banking as an underwriter. Most recently I worked for a national bank and underwrote credit exposure for top level bankers who provided lending services to municipalities such as cities, counties and school districts. I covered mostly the central northwestern states. It wasn't uncommon for us to lend upwards of $30 million to help cities build infrastructure, improve their utility districts, and modernize their fire and school districts.
Real estate has always been a passion of mine. Often times as I'm caught up with a difficult loan I find myself taking a break to browse real estate. I have a passion for helping buyers and sellers realize their goals in real estate. Whether it be purchasing a new home, selling an existing home or helping a seasoned investor add one more property to their portfolio. It's a rewarding experience for me seeing a first-time homebuyer achieve their dreams of homeownership. I remember the feeling of excitement when I purchased my first home and love to share in that excitement with others as they realize their dreams. I am very responsive for my clients. They can pretty much always get ahold of me be it, text, email or call. My clients come first. I am a people person and appreciate the value of the Golden Rule "always treat people the way you want to be treated."
My wife is a Colorado native and brought me here in 2012. We have loved every minute of the 5 years we have been here. This state is truly amazing with so many things to do. We are very active and love the outdoors. During spring and summer if we have a free weekend, we can pretty much be counted on to be hiking. We are also very active in the fitness and CrossFit community. My wife often competes in local CrossFit competitions, many of which raise respectable amounts of money for charities. One of the largest competitions and fundraising events she competes in is Girls Gone RX which raises money for breast cancer. As for myself, I have completed 2 Tough Mudder events which consisted of an 11 mile obstacle course though the mountains of Aspen.
My goal is to develop lasting relationships with my clients. I believe if a solid relationship is built the rest will follow.
