Living outside of the area, we were apprehensive about finding a decent realtor for our Escondido home search. When We called Ryan (he had done an awesome job selling our University City home a couple of years back) to ask him for a recommendation, he assured us that his team was able to cover the Escondido area. He & his colleague Claudia met with us & showed us several listings. From that point on, Claudia was our point person, and she was fantastic, always willing to respond to our every question & request. She was extremely accommodating, & went out of her way to represent us. Due to a family emergency, we were not always able to be present, & she gladly stepped in. Claudia even went the extra mile to verify the sellers claims of what was included in the H.O.A., & in fact found out that the sellers claims were, in fact, not correct. In addition, Team Admin Jack Kelly was also working backup to provide any additional support whenever/wherever it was needed. The aEURoeTeamaEUR? never left us wondering what was next. They truly work like a well oiled, finely tuned machine. They made the whole process go very quick & smooth. We wouldnt hesitate to contact them again, they are an awesome group !

I had such a great experience working with Ryan and his team! I recently sold my condo in San Diego and was initially very nervous. Not knowing what to expect or how to go about the process, I hired Ryan to be by my side every step of the way. Boy I'm glad I did! Not only did I get Ryan with his knowledge and experience of the real estate market, I also got his amazing assistant, Jack. I was informed every step and received very prompt responses if I had questions from them both. One email, text or phone call was always enough when I was in need and very quickly responded too if not able to contact either of them right away. Ryan is a very pro active realtor. So good in fact, my condo never even went on the MLS before he found a buyer! Two days after agreeing to sell my condo, we were in escrow! And Jack, so very helpful, easy to talk too, understanding and on the ball. He even helped me move when I was in a serious pinch for movers. I recently close escrow on a condo. Claudia Cencelli and her assistant Jack were an amazing team! I didn't even think it was possible for me to buy real estate in San Diego and I am now a homeowner thanks to their great work. Ryan Ahern is also a great broker who has developed his team of professionals that walk you through the entire escrow process. In the past I have experienced realtors who get you into a deal and then let you fend for yourself.
