I listed a home for a nice couple at a price above the market average. They listened to my staging advice, and the professional photos came out awesome. I had an open house the first weekend had had 29 groups of people come through and 4 offers by Monday morning. Good communication from all parties made a smooth transaction until the end.

My dad, Bill Howell, has been a real estate investor for over 40 years and started Hook & Ladder Realty, inc in 2008. He specialized in distressed sales and built up a team to handle over 400 listings a year. After College, I felt that my degree in Economics and passion for the power of Supply and Demand would fit perfectly with streamlining the company so I joined as one of the staff and worked my way up to manager and then to part owner. I have no plans on stopping any time soon!

Problem solving skills are my specialty. I enjoy a bird's eye view of a situation, and somehow can always find a clear path to the finish line.
