Ruthie was outstanding. She was the listing agent on a home I own 900 miles from where I live. I was unable to check on the property being so far away. Ruthie was absolutely amazing to work with! This was my first time purchasing a house and Ruthie helped me out so much she went above and beyond in every step of this process. She helped me with figuring out the rehabilitation process for buying a house that needed work and was very patient with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She even checked in and made sure I was still keeping my spirits up after we had multiple offers get beat by all cash offers.
