Ruth Moncus

Hi my name is Ruth Moncus and I have been in Real Estate for about 2 years. Prior to being a realtor I had the best job in the world, I was a full-time homeschooling/ stay at home mom. Unfortunately my kids aged out and my job ended:( However, working in real estate has opened the door for me to meet and talk to wonderful people in walks of life. From young couples and singles starting out. To older couples planning their retirement. My nurturing side helps me relate to my clients ,in that, I want to make sure they are completely informed in the details of purchasing or listing a home. Moreover, I make sure that I am available at all times for any questions or if they just want to talk out their worries. During the transaction I make sure not to be just a realtor but to also be a friend to lean on. My favorite moment is when I bring my client's their NEW KEY for their new NEW HOME the joy and happiness on their face is worth more then gold. :))
