I was lucky enough to have Zillow assign Ruth to me when I requested a realtor for a property in Fort Myers I was interested in. She called instantly, in the end, we closed on that property from 1000 miles away without any issues one month later. I personally met her and she is, intelligent, friendly, a go getter, a professional with enthusiasm and someone that will be in your corner you can relate to. This lady is going places!!!! She always gets back to you in a timely manner, answers and researches all questions. She goes above and beyond even after the sale, she ran errands for my benefit to wrap up after the sale as an example. I have had many realtors over the years, Ruth is 100 percent my realtor for her location, which is now my location and I consider her friend. Her brokerage best be aware she is a "top gun" and on the rise, I'd recommend a new company car for her efforts at the least. You go girl!!!

From the moment we met Ruth we knew she would be 'our Realtor'. We live in Wisconsin and were purchasing a vacation home in Cape Coral. We needed a realtor we could trust. One that would remember what we wanted in a home and provide honest information, not just look for a sale. Ruth was amazing in every aspect. She always made time to show us the houses we were interested in, she pointed out imperfections, let us know if a house was in a not great neighborhood, and remembered the littles of things we talked about. Ruth definitely made buying a home 1500 miles away a lot easier!
