FAQ
Avoid tricks and gimmicks. Hire a professional who is working in your best interest, at all times. Don't rush the process. Make sure you know you can get a loan and how much, but avoid using all of your available credit, if you don't need to.
Same as buyer advice, except make sure you have clear goals about where you want to go BEFORE you list! Spend some time thinking about it and do a search with your agent to make sure your goals can be achieved with your available funds.
