As a music industry veteran for 25 years, Russell, aka "Alex Duran" in the radio and music world, is a former morning radio host, has managed radio stations, produced music, and helped launch the music careers of several popular artists you hear and see everywhere today. Since 2006 Russell has worked in the real estate industry and has experience in mortgage lending, commercial investments, and home-building corporations. His wife Jaine, a native of Monterrey Mexico, is also a real estate professional. She joined the team in 2021. Alongside Russell, Jaine launched RGV Marketing and Ideas LLC in 2008.
