DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! For a rental they will take your deposit and use it to make repairs to the home they should have. I rented from Anabel Wong and Russel Harper of Clear View Realty who worked through TLJ rental. They charged me $995.00 to replace 6 blinds and nothing else. Moved into the rental home in June 2023. Home was very dirty and had pet hair along all baseboards and all floors. Multiple lights were out, the smoke detector was chirping, the garage was full of dirt, the dishwasher filter was beyond disgusting obviously never once cleaned, the refrigerator change filter light was on, and there was garbage in the shower drain. Speaking with Anabel upon exiting she informed me that I would have to replace 6 blinds, which I was fine with as my small children did damage them. However, every other place that I have rented from never charged anywhere near the $165.00 they did. When I asked about the ridiculously high price both Anabel and Russel just stated there was nothing they could do as that was what the contractor charged them. They also stated that other repairs were made that were not listed on the charge form. When I asked why they didnt list them, they refused to answer and feigned ignorance. Would not recommend renting from them.
