When you start a huge retirement move all the way across the country, it's hard to get a feel for realtors and the areas you're interested in. We saw an ad for Russell Halbach at waters edge reality in fairhope and after talking to him and expressing what we were liking for a new place to call home.. After several contacts, we decided to travel for a week to the area, meet Russell and see the area.. We fell in love..with the area around fairhope.. Russell developed some possibles for us and suggested silverhill as a place to look.. The home we bought was the last we listed as of interest to us. We discovered Russell was friendly..careful, and very intuitive about what we'd like..and didn't push something on us he wanted.. We recommend Russell for a friendly,knowledgeable teammate..in your quest to find your perfect place. We had to trust him cause we were looking at Alabama from Alaska.. But we quickly found out we made a great choice..we were so,so glad we did!

Mr. Halbach is no doubt, one of the hardest working, most efficient real estate agents that we have ever dealt with. My wife is a former agent in Memphis and in Guntersville, AL. she set the bar high and he cleared the bar and then some. This was a complicated sale and Mr. Halbach handled it like the caring professional he is. Hopefully this is our last move before the big home in the sky, but if it is not, I know who to contact without delay.

Russell is by far the best realtor I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He is professional and responsive. He goes above and beyond, and I'm thankful we found him when we did.
