We met Russel over a year ago. He showed us a house that fit our budget and requirements. Due to the property condition we thankfully did not buy that house. However, Russell properly qualified us. We we looked at a few other homes throughout throughout the year. Close but not right for us. Then he called us when a beautiful home in the right neighborhood came on the market. He nailed it! We put in the high bid. He was with us every step of the way to make sure we completed the due diligence properly and on time.We bought a fixer upper in Thornton NH. Its a cute little cape, In a great neighborhood. Its a perfect location right on the edge of the White Mountains.Thank You Russell!!

Russell was fantastic. He was responsive, easy to get in touch with and communicated with us throughout the process. He was completely in tune with the local real estate market as he priced our home above what we had expected and got us an immediate offer.
