About Russ Phillips

Avoid at all costs. Told us they ?were required? to charge full Commission on both our sale and our purchase. We learned this was not true. We also noted lots of typos and mistakes in our listing (wrong price, wrong # of bedrooms, etc). They never fixed it and took advantage of us being new sellers. Shady and really botched our sale and purchase, then lied and hid behind Keller Williams lawyers. Left us screwed and in a horrible situation. I hope I save someone a lot of time money by saying stay away from this agent
