Russ had all of the required knowledge to help us list our house and generate maximum interest and he had all of the connections and resources to stage and prepare our house for sale. We had an overwhelming level of interest in our home. We had more requests for showings than we could even accommodate. (33 in 3 days, and we had to turn some down). We ended up with multiple offers and we accepted a more than generous offer. We moved out of CA so we likely won't be able to use Russ again in the future. But we recommended him to all of our friends there. If Russ is in your area, he should be at the top of your list of agents to talk to. You won't regret it.
