We met Ruben Sarinana through a correspondence my mother received in the mail. We expressed to him that we wanted to buy their home and wanted to see if he knew a way we could do it. GOOD MORNING! I MET MR. Ruben Sarinana Jr. in December 2020 I had been trying to sale my grandmothers home which was a hard time for me, I really was against the sale but I had other family members pressuring me to sale. Mr. Sarinana was very professional and understanding he took time on the phone and in person to explain advertising of the sale of the house , and the flow of paperwork and timing procedures. I was impressed with his wellness to help, He was a God send. I finally sold the house however it was with another agent who did not have my best interest. I remembered Ruben after speaking with him and meeting with him, he is very knowledgeable, professional and he cares about people. I believe God brings people across your path for a reason because I had no Knowledge of how to sale a home and less in making my first purchase of my new home. Ruben explained every document and time factures needed to complete the in sale.
