Roy was very accommodating and helpful, and very friendly. Working with a realtor like Roy, made the sale of our parents home an easier task. My brother, who lives in Washington, was the family member responsible in contacting a realtor and working with the realtor. I was the second family member needed in the transaction as a POA. Roy made himself accessible to both of us as needed. He was always available for all needed communication and was very helpful in explaining what was happening and what needed to happen for the sale to succeed. He was also very helpful in contacting repair providers for small jobs that were required in order for the sale to happen. We appreciated Roy's thoroughness, helpfulness and friendliness throughout this whole process.
