I would suggest a buyer to come to my office to meet me, so I can explain the buying process and to speak to them about their wants and needs for the type of home they are looking for. I would also introduce them to our Gold Service Manager to explain the financial responsibilities and to get prequalified to see what they can afford and what price range they feel comfortable with.

All types. From low end to high end. I treat all my clients the same no matter what their price range. I list Single Family, Adult Communities, Condo/Townhome and I also work with buyers that are interested in purchasing the same.
I had a seller who had a unique property that was a challenge to sell. I finally sold her property and was able to find her and her family their dream home. I sold her home about 20 years ago that she had listed with another agent. I have made a great friend and she has trusted me with all of her real estate needs ever since then.
From an Ad in the paper. I just wanted to get out of the house a little, since I had 3 small children at home. After all of the hard work studying and paying the fees to get started, I thought it would be nice to work on the weekends when my husband could take care of my children. Weekends turned into weekdays. I was hooked. I love selling real estate. I have never stopped since then.
Yes, I am constantly taking continuing education classes that are required by the state. Also, Weichert offers continuing education in many different areas of my job. I am a trained relocation specialist.
