Dear 3525 Lebon Dr #312, San Diego, CA 92122 OWNER. This broker is absolutely terrible. BEWARE: For other owners or buyers, extremely bad experience, was immediately directed to use robo-text communication. The text messages were terse and rude. I was not sure if I was communicating with AI, some office in another country, or the actual broker or her team. This is another example of absentee broker more than willing to collect her commission without lifting even a finger to do something. This is the reason that the government is changing things. Too many lazy brokers like this give the good brokers a bad rap. In short: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
