Ross D'ALLURA

I grew up in West Philadelphia. My father was a Lieutenant in the Philadelphia Fire Department and my mother was a homemaker. I had two older sisters. Being at the bottom of the totem pole, I developed determination and independence. In 1968 we moved to Aston. I attended Sun Valley High School and graduated in 1972. I went to Pennsylvania State University and graduated in 1976 with a B. S. in Finance. I worked in the corporate Accounting and Finance area and felt something was missing. I always had an interest in real estate and liked the idea of being my own boss. I was licensed in 1988 as a real estate salesperson and became a broker in 1992. I received many awards; Rookie of the year, top producer office, top producer company wide etc. Now I really wanted to be my own boss. I opened up Ross Real Estate in 1995 and have been serving Aston, Delaware and Chester counties ever since. Being in real estate for so long now, I've seen the good times as well as the bad.
