It was not easy because we had quite the wish list: 4 BR house in Chapel Hill that had a garage, some acreage and room for a bar and a pool table...and of course it had to be within our price range. We were relocating from Miami so we did a lot online and narrowed down our choices during our 2 visits to NC. We had a contact on a house in about 3 weeks. Rosemary found us the perfect house and helped us through the financing and Inspections process all the way to closing.
